LuckyQua uses Stripe to process all payments. Your payment information is protected by SSL encryption and complies with PCI-DSS standards to ensure every transaction is secure.
LuckyQua does not store any of your credit card numbers or sensitive payment information. All payment data is securely handled by Stripe.
Please note that LuckyQua will never ask you to operate an ATM or provide credit card passwords over the phone. If you receive suspicious calls, please do not follow instructions and report them to local authorities.
↩️ Returns & Replacements
Please note: LuckyQua does not offer returns for change of mind (No cooling-off period).
Due to the unique nature of natural crystals, all items undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Our return or replacement policy applies only in the following cases:
- Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit.
- Lost Packages: Packages confirmed lost by the courier.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Reasons: We do not accept returns based on "color difference," "style different from expectation," "minor size variations," or "natural inclusions/ice cracks." Each natural crystal is unique; please confirm your choice before purchasing.
🎥 Important: To protect your rights, please record a video of the entire unboxing process. If you encounter shipping damage, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with video evidence. Requests after this period will not be processed.
▍Process
- If your case meets the return/replacement criteria, please email info@luckyqua.com.au with your Order Number and unboxing video.
- Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement, subject to stock availability.
▍Refund Information
- Credit Card: Refunds will be issued back to the original card. Processing times vary by bank.
- Coupons/Codes: One-time use and cannot be restored once used.

- Standard shipping: 5-8 business days Australia-wide
- All orders are air-shipped from Taiwan to ensure pristine quality and energy.
- Orders dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation
