How to measure your wrist

Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper to measure the circumference of your wrist at the position where you usually wear your bracelet.

  1. 1. Wrap the tape snugly around your wrist without pulling too tight.
  2. 2. If using paper, string, or an earphone cable, mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
  3. 3. Choose the bracelet size that is closest to your wrist measurement. Size up if you prefer a looser fit.

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort.

📏We will make the bracelet by adding 1-2 cm to your actual wrist measurement, so you do not need to leave extra room yourself.

⚠️Please measure carefully. If an exchange is requested due to an incorrect wrist measurement, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping cost.

Where do your crystals come from?

All our crystals are sourced directly from trusted artisan workshops around the world, then curated in Taiwan and air-shipped to ensure pristine quality and energy.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days across Australia, and 8-10 business days to New Zealand. All orders are air-shipped from Taiwan to ensure the highest quality.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer competitive rates for all orders to Australia and New Zealand.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Can I return or exchange a product?

LuckyQua does not offer returns for change of mind. Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item is damaged during transit or lost by the courier. We do not accept returns based on color/style preferences or natural crystal characteristics. Email info@luckyqua.com.au within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing video to initiate a claim.

Do I need an account to order?

No account needed — simply add to cart and check out as a guest via Stripe Checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe Checkout. LuckyQua does not store any of your sensitive payment information; all data is handled securely by Stripe.

Are your crystals genuine?

Absolutely. Every crystal is a natural, hand-selected mineral sourced from trusted global artisans. We never sell synthetic or imitation products.

How do I care for and cleanse my crystals?

Each crystal comes with specific care instructions based on its type. In general, we recommend cleansing your crystal in moonlight overnight, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, and recharging on a selenite plate weekly. Specific care details are listed on each product page.

What are 'luck tags' and how do I choose a crystal?

Luck tags represent the intentions and energies each crystal carries — such as career, love, health, or exam success. You can browse crystals by intention on our website, or look for the luck tags on each product page to find the piece that resonates with what you wish to manifest.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. More regions coming soon — stay tuned!

Do product photos match the actual item?

We strive to accurately represent the colour and texture of each crystal, but please note that every stone is natural — colour, veining, and size may vary slightly from the photos shown. Monitor settings may also affect how colours appear. If you have specific requirements regarding the appearance of a crystal, feel free to contact us for additional photos.
